You should incorperate that move where he pulls you straight from prone on the floor to over the head move into one of the Spelbound routines. It's Amazing! Very impressive.

Yeah it's not at all surprising that got applause. The most impressive thing is how slowly they do it, it would be much easier to just sling him up into the air with speed. This looks so much better.

@Pook365 Your absolutely right. It's about how controlld the move was. Graceful and unhurried. Almsot makes it look easy even though it's clearly a very hard thing to do!

@soberanis100 doug fordoyce retired from acrobatic gymnastics he is 24 years old he is probaly a coach now!

@lydia13031996 I think you're right that he may be retired but he's only 21 I thought. I'm sure it was reported that hje was 20 when they won Britain's Got Talent last year.
