Obviously no one here has read or seen the book (i'm actually only directing this to two people). He found out in the end that happiness is only REAL when shared... He wanted to be home at the end around people that love him. He died lonely and unhappy because he abandoned his loved ones.

Happiness is that share. I would like to live in nature as he did, but with a friend and my girlfriend. Society in which we live is not a future, I see it like that personally. Today I have only 17 but I can already see how my life will be later if I do nothing about it, ie: work / sleep, work / sleep. If I have to end like that I seem to have ruined my life.
