I'm a goalkeeper (not professionally) and I have no problem saving shots for this ball, which our team uses as our game ball. I'd say the best thing about it is that when you get a good foot on it the ball really travels. I haven't spent a lot of time bending/curving with it but it seems to perform like any other ball in that respect.

The ball is not the problem. I own one and it is a great ball. It just takes some time to learn how to kick it in a way so that it will do what you want. The ball is picky yes, but it does perform when it is kick correctly.
Over the years the balls change and so should the players. These guys are just not used to it. It is more round and faster. Many are just not used to it.

Alright first of all Jabulani means celebrate and I have the ball and its great. It knuckles and I can get a straight flight as well. However it still is slightly harder to bend. The pros need to stop complaining about the ball when they should be getting used to it and improving there skills with the new technology!
Its funny forlan and a couple of strikers seem to have no problem using the ball.

Why do they show robert green? Are they saying its the balls fault that he let the ball slip through his hands?? This ball has like the most grip ever. Robert green is just a horrible goal keeper.

@3boredudes Casillas is quite good , and he said it stinks (or something similar), of course the ball is as bad for every team ,you can´t blame the ball if you loose ,but it still stinking. Volleyballs are for volleyball not for football, its like saying that golf balls should be made of rubber so they can fly higher, one thing is true ,it looks f* good.

@WhoTFisLeroy I'm a huge spain fan and Casillas is awesome and i trust his opinion on the ball. But I have one and you have to remeber that Casillas and all of the pros are used to playing with the best soccer balls ever invented, so when they get one that isn't the best one yet, it seems like they think its aweful when I'm sure plenty of people would be perfectly happy with having a ball like the Ja/Jo'bulani

The ball is not the problem. I own one and it is a great ball. It just takes some time to learn how to kick it in a way so that it will do what you want. The ball is picky yes, but it does perform when it is kick correctly.

Over the years the balls change and so should the players. These guys are just not used to it. It is more round and faster. Many are just not used to it.

pathetic, i have a new 'replica' of the jobulani, its perfect, its amazing ball and prety accuracy, i love it, and it was for 30 bucks at marathon. :)

Alright first of all Jabulani means celebrate and I have the ball and its great. It knuckles and I can get a straight flight as well. However it still is slightly harder to bend. The pros need to stop complaining about the ball when they should be getting used to it and improving there skills with the new technology!
