if you clean the tank of feces at least once a week it's not bad, and if you're not sticking your head in the tank trying to smell their crap you wont notice it at all

that should be a fine tank size to start with. once your beardie gets bigger you might want something in the 40/45 gallon range

If they get a long it can be alright but it's best not. If you have a male and a female together the male can be constantly trying to mate with the female. If you have two males together they may fight a lot. I have two tanks for two of them, then bring them out for a play time together. I have a male and female.

yea at the time my guy was 12 inches now he's about 13.5. He stopped eating anything that moves and then he went through brumation and didn't eat for a while. Hopefully things get better, but he seems to be fine.

13.5 is pretty small for a 1yr dragon,I have a 5month old dragon that is 13.5/I thought they get adut size in a year

No i wouldn't worry about that, as long as your house isn't freezing. If you put them on the floor watch for how cold the floor is. In winter hardwoods and tiles can be pretty cold.
