@alexandercorne hey guys, what should I do to get over my fear of flipping backwards? like I can do a backflip on a trampoline and into water and stuff but I can't do it on land...should I just like go for it? I can't actually find a reliable spotter so is there anything I can do to replace having a spotter?

@mememe149 Just imagine you're doing on a trampoline instead of on concrete, maybe see if your school will give you a crash mat they're throwing out and then use that in your garden then slowly phase it out.
