hey man im a body builder 101 kg 6'4 im very strong my bench reaches up to 600lbs but ive recently tried muay thai and found out that i get very tired in just a minute any tips?
@dmx952 Lol, just do some cardio training... so easy :P I do 3 cardio training a week and 3 strenght training a week. Get up early and take a run :) Eat healty too.
Looks like your lifting with your lower back. lift with your legs you will get alot more weight. In highschool I weighed 170 and I deadlifted 450 lbs, work on your technique a little my brother. Im not a body builder lol
Good job man :) i use to deadlift 315 lbs at 140 BW but lost a lot of strength when i cut but i will be posting a video in the coming weeks of me doing it again under 140 lb bw.
Well you have to know what you're doing obviously, these are risks of the business. Any athlete can get hurt at any time. That's why I recommand starting with lightweights and get a personal trainer a strength coach or somebody qualified to teach you the proper form

@dmx952 your muscles require a lot of oxygen to fuel thus making you tired quickly
