@MrDaajman I'd say make your own weight gainer..if you stick some peanuts or cashews or peanut butter with oats, milk, honey and some milk protein or whey protein in a blender you can make a shake with over 70 grams of carbs, 50 grams of protein relatively easily.
If you want to buy a weight gainer I recommend the "Impact Weight Gainer" from the Myprotein website - you can still add nuts, honey, nut butters or even wheat biscuits to the shake for more calories, protein and carbs.

I eat as much as I can. Being that I'm more of a lean build. As I got older I do put on weight a lot more easily, but I find that it leaves my mid section bloated, and it also seems that's where most of the weight goes, not to my arms or my legs or my back.

Bodybuilding is about working out with an effective routine that allows for recovery so that you are growing, and eating small, nutrient dense meals evenly distributed through out the day to keep your body fueled. Stay away from mass-gainers or weight-gainer type supplements and stick to the tried, true, proven: protein, creatine, glutamine.

@RelVleDy I recommend the mirror. If you can read it right it tells you if you are a fat fuck or not. And don't look at the mirror on your home because it usually lies. Look at the mirror at the gym or some other place.
At 6ft 5in, my skinny ass did a yoga body fat test half a year ago (my hands held a small machine) and discovered I had only 4.5% body fat. For reference, less than 5% compromises internal functions. This probably was why I suffered from heart palpitations, despite being only 25 yrs of age.
To rectify this, I drink protein shakes daily, signed up for a gym club, subscribed to this channel, eat Subway like mad, and I try to take in 6 small meals a day. Sure enough, no more palpitations.
Your right a certain amount of fat is Important... but there are two kinds of fat HDLs (good) and LDLs (bad)... so you want your fats be mostly HDLs, which come from foods like avocados, nuts, olive oil, etc...
LDLs are the fats that build up in your arteries, and you get them mostly from animal fats

guys ive been checking out different things and im 6'2 basically 6'3 and 190 pounds im getting like 1800-2000 calories a day some times 1500 and im still building im not saying you guys are wrong because i never used to be able to build under 2000-2500 but now im slowly trying to cut and see if i can still build muscle and i can, also im not on protine pre workout or creatine, fuck that shit

I am on a very clean diet but I make healthy brownies, home made bread, breakfast muffins, that chocolate milk shredded wheat thing from Lui Marco as well as some straight cheat meals/snacks every so often and I fucking love all my food.
Learn basic cooking and you can eat delicious stuff and clean bulk.

i believe they sell scales that has a built in body fat calculator. problem is, the only place ive seen them selling those is at a military base where i was stationed, and in GNC.

@RelVleDy I recommend the mirror. If you can read it right it tells you if you are a fat fuck or not. And don't look at the mirror on your home because it usually lies. Look at the mirror at the gym or some other place.

At 6ft 5in, my skinny ass did a yoga body fat test half a year ago (my hands held a small machine) and discovered I had only 4.5% body fat. For reference, less than 5% compromises internal functions. This probably was why I suffered from heart palpitations, despite being only 25 yrs of age.
To rectify this, I drink protein shakes daily, signed up for a gym club, subscribed to this channel, eat Subway like mad, and I try to take in 6 small meals a day. Sure enough, no more palpitations.

Your right a certain amount of fat is Important... but there are two kinds of fat HDLs (good) and LDLs (bad)... so you want your fats be mostly HDLs, which come from foods like avocados, nuts, olive oil, etc...
LDLs are the fats that build up in your arteries, and you get them mostly from animal fats
