Service Culture- Doubletree Guest Suites, in the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort

Wow. I'm over here doing research about what hotel suite to book for our vacation and I stumbled on this. I can't beleive how wonderful this woman is. She is so thoughtful and caring.

I hope she is well=compensated by the hotel. Her kit sis marvelous. Everything in it is symbolic and well thought out.

Recently, I experienced Louree's service first hand. SHE IS AMAZING! It was, without a doubt, the most exceptional service I have ever received. For those of you that have read the FRED FACTOR book - Louree is a Fred - big time (a good thing!).

Her personal example of leadership, passion, and commitment to service have inspired me to give more, to do better, and to try to make people feel special. Just remember - you get out of life (and work) what you put in to it.
