I think the media is the most blame for this as since I took a women's studies class I notice the subliminal messages about dieting in kid's shows, espcially those made after 1999.

EAT SOME GOD DAMN FOOD! if you are doing this for boys? well.....i know my boyfriend would HAATE for me to look like this and if somone has told you that you are fat? who cares they are probaly jelouse of you! dont ruin you life and happiness for anyone!

@RedHeadsx actually you cant tell them hey eat food cuz they look in the mirror and say god damn it im too fat when they are actually as bony as hell its a mental thing my family has a history of mild anorexia we go to counselors to make sure we dont completly starve ourselves yet we fast once a month to loose weight then we gain but i once was anorexic and im only allowed to fast for two days for the risk of another heart failure!
