  • Marijuana is a dangerous drug. Don't legalize. It's called dope for a reason.

  • i use for medical use and i would love it to be for rec use then i could have a job :) when med use is permitted here i am getting a card and gonna work whoo free the weed people

  • If California legalizes Marijuana Im going to vacation there every year.

  • The federal government is a disgrace to America and Freedom. They are not the police of the world. Lets make a change and prove we dont need to be told right from wrong. Legalize it! Grow it!! and smoke if you like it.....

  • i got busted yesterday and im still not ginna stop not even for a day

  • @funkadelicman4889 you made many points alone with that statement. Stick it to the pigs grunts.

  • they wont legalize it cause it makes you think lol

  • man it's a referendum though, the PEOPLE get to vote!

  • legalize now and stop the madness!

  • And wow that is exactly true.... we want to pay the tax for it.... I will gladly pay it, and the hemp will be amazing product for everyone

  • Cannabis used for recreational / medicinal is just one of the income sources. Hemp grown on an industrial scale nation wide could bring America out of an age that generations down the road will consider a blind age. A time where American citizens were fed constant propaganda to demonize a plant that helped build our country. Hemp oil refineries anyone ?.. how about machines / operators for the harvest, and factories that build the machines that run on hemp ethanol , like Henry Fords first cars !

  • exactly hemp is amazing.... i have hemp shoes and everything that will help everything out

  • California vote YES on Jan. 12th.

  • It'll be just like wine. California will export not just to other states but to other countries--yes, to the Netherlands as well. California will thrive again with fame surpassing Cuba for its cigars and France for its champagne. The world will become a happier, safer, saner place and free of war. We can direct our attention to real problems, like the environment. We will be proud to be Californians.

  • i live in a medicanal marijuwana state (michigan) and it is probably one of the best thigs that coud happen for it lets lead a movment

  • states that legalize recreational use of Natural Herbs, will have so many people coming to there state, moving there buying houses there jobs will be there, all the states that say no,will see there revenue go down from people moving out of there,

  • is itlegal there yet?

  • Legalize!!!!! God put that plant here..not a martini! I support AB 390 and Will continue to spread the flyers and pass the petitions. Get the damned mexican cartels out of our mountains and parks!!

  • These poll video's are proof that theirs no freedom PERIOD! 86 percent want legal and yet still people are being put in jail...WHY? because of lies & coruption!

  • what would most likely be the age laws for i am 16???

  • In California you have to be 21 to legally consume alcohol, so probably same, same, but... why do you need a mood altering substance in your life?

  • ive grown around it so i love it it makes every thing twice as fun and suprisingly makes me urged to do more it just helps me get through the day easily

  • @DaveCarroll4 why do people over the age of 21 like a mood altering substance?

  • @jrrufus100

There are a myriad of reasons. Some are unwittingly self medicating a deeper psychological or physiological problem. Others need help to find retreat from stresses like a job, financial hardship, or a relationship. Still others use it socially and recreationally as many do beer, wine or liquor to free them of inhibitions. Yet others simply can't handle the increasingly difficult daily life of our fast-paced, economically challenging society, without the aid of a substance.

  • @DaveCarroll4 you don't need it...doesn't mean it should be illegal to have.

There's a A LOT of things you don't need but are legal to have.

Essentially all humanity requires to sustain itself is a basic food supply and a partner to procreate the next generation

  • @VxBenxV 21

  • look how buff arnold was lol

  • The MMI is headed for the November 2009 ballot in Maine. The initiative proposes creating nonprofit dispensaries to help patients get a safe supply of their medicine. It would also establish a statewide ID card system to protect patients from arrest. This change would bring Maine's law in line with the current laws in Rhode Island, Vermont, and most of the other medical marijuana statewide ID card.

  • Papers are filed and petitions circulating for full legalization for personal use, and taxation of Marijuana on the California 2010 ballot. Over 50% of the population agrees to legalize and tax, reported in recent polls.

  • Everyone knows by now that Alcohol is far worse than pot, I don't think you will ever see any MA clinics like Alcohol anonymous, nobody ever died from pot but people are poisoned by alcohol, and Marijuana has many more medical uses not to mention fuel clothing and other products, what is the big deal and stigma, it doesn't lead to other drugs that is just stupid to say, hell if anything drinking Alcohol lowers your inhibitions and would lead you to take worse drugs and do far worse things.

  • Amen to your comment, yet some do become addicted, but not anywhere near as often as they do alcohol or other drugs. Those who do would be addicted to something, no matter what.

  • i would like to point that some people are addicted to overeating, masturbation and crappy horror movies, but try to prohibit those.

  • For the record; there are Marijuana Anonymous groups all over the world.

  • @DaveCarroll4 Yet I never heard of them - Oh yeah there is 3 AA right down the road.

  • legalize it!

  • Thank you I stand corrected I should have checked this out, yes you are right there are Marijuana Anonymous but it is still controversial that it is addictive, what it boils down to is I think is everything in moderation I always say, anything can be abused but Alcohol is still deadlier and can make people violent, remember Woodstock almost no violence whatsoever everybody was happy and cool and into peace and love, sometimes I think some people should smoke it to chill out.

  • No intention to be critical. I'm actually for complete legalization, and getting it out of the black market where so many find other drugs that are truly dangerous.

  • LEGALIZE IT, DONT CRITICIZE IT.
