The soundtrack from this game is the best I have heard in a video game yet. My personal favourite tracks are level 2 + level 2 1st boss; level 4 boss; level 6 + level 6 boss; Level 7 boss; level 8 boss and the final boss music.

Add the level 1 music and I have exactly the same words as you. Richard Jacques did a superb job with this one, probably one of the best soundtracks of his entire career (and it's a good one). Plus, it's also one of the best soundtracks of the entire Shinobi series for sure. Yuzo Koshiro would be proud.

No doubt that the music is fantastic...& it is the best side scroll game I've ever played in my life too...8)
