i understand glennthebull everybody needs a break now and then. everybody needs a rest after a hard day fighting the war. all the marine guys needs to relax b4 going to fight the war.
if your referring them to boxing, they learn mcmap a form of martial arts and this is boxing. And if a Marine uses his mcmap he could lose his belt goto the brigg or possibly discharged.
YOU KNOW WHAT FUNNY... IM GLAD YOU GUYS GOT SO MUCH FREE TIME TO BOX EACHOTHER AND HORSE PLAY. REAL PROFESIONAL... I WAS IN BOTH INVASIONS OF FALLUJAH... GLAD TO SEE THAT NONE OF YOU TAKE THAT CITY SERIOUSLY. ESPECIALY WHEN YOUR GETTING YOU ASS CHEWED BY A SNCO FOR NOT WEARING PPE. IM A COYOTE FOR MOJAVE VIPER NOW AND WHEN I HEAR THAT I LAUGH AND THINK "TOLD YOU SO". GOD I FUCKING HATE POGs, YOU ARE ALL THE SAME. LAZY AND LAX-A-DAZICLE
By your comments it is obvious you were never in Iraq. These guys are professional and take their jobs seriously. THIS WAS DOWN TIME. They are just unwinding in the opening clip. Do you know your history? It is important to let out some of the built up energy. They work hard and play hard. These guys and gals are the best.
hate to tell you buddy but i was with 3/4 I. co. Wpns Plt. durring OIF1 OIF2 and OIF3 then i was with 1st Force Recon and then 4th Recon BN durring my last tour to iraq in 2007, if you dont know anything about iraq there were actualy 2 fallujah OPs. the first one was in April 2004. called vigilant Resolve then came Phantom Furry in Nov 2004. Phantom furry was brought into full circle due to rising tensions in the Gov of Iraq and the Insurgent community...
...out patrolling the roads for 12+ hours at a time you'd think they'd want to get back to camp and get some rest. Especially when disarming IED's etc. No...this video shows guys having a little fun and releasing tension after a long day. Your sarcasm is pathetic.
we pulled out of fallujah in Apr because DoD told us they had bigger plans with elections comming up... so we withdrew then preped for Phantom furry with approval of the Iraqi Gov... i was there for both city invasions
Listen here jag, I was in FALLUJAH to, i got nothing against grunts, but i hate when ever you guys bring up something about pogs.i competed in 2 powerlifting competion and beat everyone even grunts, and that is after working 13 hour days.MARINES in general are hardcore, so dont use that bullshit line about pogs you jag.
thats great im glad you were in fallujah too. you were porbably one of the marines living at Camp Fallujah... either way it dont matter to me.
my other poin is is that im glad you "POGs" have so much free time to do all these things on the side from work... ohh and my hours that i work...hahha i bet my retirement plan that they are alot longer than yours... 10 days dtraight, 15 hours the first 7 days, the after that 12 on 12 off for 4 days. midnight to noon, noon to midnight.
Dude, Calm down. That was 1st Sgt Hines. He loved that "Why are you F*CKING me" phrase and used it often. Their is no need to act like you 'walked to school up hill both ways'. Everyone did a job. Ours was to supply you guys. Yours was different. We supplied you guys awesome and you know that so whats the issue? I have grunts in the family. They have down time just as you did. You aren't fooling anyone that you didn't 'horse play' during your 9-12 hour breaks. Everyone did to some extent.
not counting that fact the the only time i ever get leave is X-Mas and when the BALL rolls around...hollidays dont exhist in my unit... in case you dont know what my job is. look here in youtube for "Mojave Viper" im one of the guys wearing the ORANGE FLAKS
hey turd! the blooper is used for ROE shooting flares, the shotgun is a TO weapon along with the rifle and the AT-4 goes outside the hmmwv so if u get hit with an ied the at-4 wont go off inside your vehicle you dont know your shit
Great, why don't we put all of our weapons up in the turret so that when a sniper shoots the gunner you have to send someone else up there to get the AT4...smart
So your plan is to fire an AT4 from inside the HMMWV?....even smarter. And you you think that's all of the weapons in a Marine Corps HMMWV you are sadly, sadly mistaken.
No dumbass, I know that in the MC we have a lot of weapons, but take a look at the whole thing shithead, they had the M79(Blooper), his personal, a Shotgun, the AT4, AND the turret gun, sooooo lets say an IED goes off, which they normaly do since I have first hand experiance, and all of the weapons are pretty much stacked in the turret, thats all im trying to say. Thanks for trying.
Really...and we do that by totally crushing the countries infrastructure. hmm thats not too smart... but watever just look here at home at who is making money and who is losing money and lives because of this situation.
I've had 1st hand IED experience as well man and I know Hayes (the guy talking) and that unit. It was my unit. That truck probably had 3 DD's and a doc or a terp since it was a scout truck. Where would you put the weapons? in the back where you can't get to them or inside where their is no room and you cant use them?
