Really? What does "peltastes" or "phalanx" or "hypaspistes" mean in your language? Or the word "hetairoi", that's how Alexander called his compagnions not другарски . Because in greek these words do mean something, and are still used. Oh yes maybe these are just greek translations, real macedonians used other secret words that strangely nobody has ever heard them. I think the cavalrymen pikes are too long. On the other hand phalanx pikes should be longer (6 m). And Phalanx men could not carry but a very small shield attached to their shoulder. Both their hands should be free to hold the sarissa.
@chkan73 The first row should have the shields in the front to protect from arrows and spears.The rest of them should be holding the soriosa(not sarissa)OSA-stinger,to sting.Even today OSA means a wasp in Macedonian.
