I have the device and used it for a good 3 years. Now I have a problem with the device. Whenever I play a track, my speakers are producing a crackling noise in the audio track. This happens at random times. I checked the wires and tried not to make it touch to electrical devices, but I still get it. Could anyone help me?
This presentation doesn't cut it at all, and Native Instruments needs to screen what they present to the public to make sure the presentation is top quality. If they want to really sell their products, they need to deliver a superb presentation, not some 'on the fly' jabber from a guy who can't say the specs correctly. You really have to know the product inside and out before ever talking about it, especially if you represent the company.
When are you going to release a fix for windows 7...my son has emailed you many times because he can't use this device and you have not replied! Waste of money, Not good.
Question. I got a new computer, I want to put this unit on my new system. How do I do that? do I have to go online and do all that stuff again? Also, what's the BEST sound card to use with this unit? I own a PC.
@CoOlTy3000 u just install it like u did with the original computer u installed it on. but because of copyright i advise u delete it off ur old computer since it only comes with a license to use it one computer. and you dont need a sound card with this.
@tft8030 nope. four mono outs. you can run two or four at a time. making them 2 sets of stereo outs in a four out unit. thats not including the midi out and headphone out. please insert 2 coins to continue.
