@xoxostephanie101 exfoliate your lips first so they're smooth and have no cracks or dead skin. either buy a lip exfoliant, or make it yourself. mix honey and sugar, or olive oil and sugar, and exfoliate, either use your fingers, or a spare toothbrush. (:
