  • I think i t was more like 35knots adrenaline speaking at that moment.

    FYI 1 year later at the same event with the same weather conditions, that team hit 6 aces out of 8 courses. Seems like someone got a lesson.

  • That was exactly me last Sunday...Heavy air..the pole an inch to high...should have trimmed out the main a foot...we went nose in.....

  • he is crazzy trying to pop the shoot in 35 + knots of wind. my captain had me do it in 30 knots and pushing that spin pole over is incredibly hard!

  • hehe! Blame on the skipper...haha! Crew positining on a J/24 is everything! With bowman and middle working like that not even the best skipper can control this boat.
