hey i bought one and it works nice for a few minuets then i get that sticky thing when the hand gets a big smudge on the tablet. explain that. please and helo :(

I have a wacom cintiq 12wx, and i have always used smudgeguard whilst drawing on my tablet, now, lately i discovered a SCRATCH! (about a cm in length) , and i feel kinda... insecure now, i'm afraid i will make more scratches the more i draw on it, and the problem is... i don't know how i made the scratch...

So i'm asking you now, do you have any problems with this? or is there a problem with the pen nibs or something?

@DrawASketch I've NEVER had a problem with scratches, and I've had my Cintiq for 3 years. First thing to make sure of is that you don't have a wrist watch on, or any jewelry. Also make sure your sleeves don't have buttons, or anything hard on them. Aside from that, make sure you change your nib regularly. If it gets too much of a sharp edge to it from extended use, it could potentially scratch the surface.

Like I said, 3 years, not one scratch.

i have a question: y wud u need a SG when ur using a computer drawing tablet...if it is only sensitive 2 the pen..do ur fingers being on the screen even matter?..im kinda lost :[

[ie: photoshop....corell...etc...] and does the cintiq like show ur computer monitor like outside of the drawing program?

And in college we are not allowed to touch the paper with our hand when drawing. So no need for a SG =)

Hi, I was looking to buy one of these. However my hand is 3 and 8/16-9/16 inches. Now the sizing chart says the medium goes up to 3 and 7/16 and the large goes up to 3 and 13/16. Should I go with the medium? It wont be too tight, will it?
