@snaaptaker I think the solos are shared between the two of them.
I've seen Katia in a couple of jazz gigs and I got the distinct impression that her solos were written out for her. On the second occasion she seemed to be following a score fairly closely but there might have been a bit of improvisation.

@RoMercy They were certainly an 'item' in the 80s and 90s but I'm not sure if they were ever actually married.
