  • To all that it concerns

NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL AND NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT APPLIES

Notice of Removal of Implied Right of Access

  • why did you even speak to this tard

  • he is here for the monies

  • You DO NOT require to have a licence just for 'having a telly', as the TVL man seems to be claiming.

You only require a licence if you RECEIVE tv broadcasts.

This is stated clearly in TVL's own rules!

  • This is RIDICULOUS! You've no legal obligation to have one do you?

I don't know much outside of " I don't have a contract, I know something the general public don't know, I don't have to talk to them, they're just chancing people's desire to stay on the right side of things at £150 per year, " and so on.

To the ignorant, TV License is a scary term. I was like that. But to the sussed, it's a bunch of lame jokers out to chance a quick buck.

I laugh at their stupid repetitive letters now.

  • The law is the television licensing act. Now, I know as well as you that its a statute given the force of law with the consent of the "governed" - but the trouble is, they dont care and have more police, guns and tanks than us. The remedy is either just dont talk to them *or* by far the best thing to do is throw away your television. Its just broadcasting wall to wall mindless crap (exc richplanet starship ;) sky chn 201). The thing that authority *really* hate, is being ignored.

  • Why is the government employing these africans to harass law-abiding Englishmen in their own homes.

    WAKE UP PEOPLE !

    VOTE BNP

  • @hamlet25 and if you aren't too sure about the bnp....vote English Defence League.

but vote for one of them since the powers of the niggers in increasing every year. we whites have become second class citizens in OUR OWN COUNTRY.

  • so you only need a license for "live programes" lol...well most TV is pre recorded so looks like no one needs a license hehe

  • We all should stop watching the BBC on a TV.

Lack of viewers means lack of power and loss of licence.

  • Do you think you are being ripped off in Britain by the BBC. Take a look at Ireland who have to pay for RTE who show non stop rubbish show loads of commercials and we still have to pay them 160 euro for the Privilege. (NOT)

New figures obtained by the Irish Independent reveal there has been a jump of more than 150pc in the numbers jailed for failing to pay fines since 2007. But the BANKSTERS get paid large bonuses for bringing the country to it's knees by swindling billions. GO FIGURE!

  • RIP OFF BRITAIN AS PER USUAL!!!

  • Wobbler. You let a tv licence guy in your house? Allowed him to search your house? Showed him your telly? They'll leave you alone for now but within 2 years they will be back to harrass you again.

  • You CAN own a tv and not pay a license. It just has to be unable to receive tv shows AS THEY ARE BROADCAST. If they can show shows only at least 28 minutes after original broadcast, then you can have one.

I have one myself, and I showed the tv license man that it doesnt have a coax or other cable enabling the reception of tv shows at the time of broadcast, he left me alone.

  • You do realise BBC is free...

  • Well the BBC is the first ever TV channel and radio so I do think people shed pay for it I do I mean how are they spice to get the money to make the TV shows?

  • FUCK THE BBC

  • You have to have a license to watch TV?!?! Wow Britain is messed up. Don't the channels make enough money off of commercials?

  • fuck the bbc

  • The BBC are bloody marvelous! They have provided an invaluable service for nearly a century.

We should be paying for an Internet license as well, the BBC provide amazing online services. Any hateful non-believers should go on the BBC website and realize why we need to pay for it.

  • @Lorddoucheington Yeah lets pay for mostly bugger all

  • @Lorddoucheington

"We should be paying for an Internet license as well"

    --Why?

  • @Lorddoucheington Keep spending your money on drivel, feel free to do so. I won't be.

  • @Lorddoucheington The problem with the tv license is that it should be ONLY for BBC, but it isnt, it covers all stations, even satelite and cable stations.

If the option was there to not receive BBC, and therefore not have to pay for a license, then it would be ok. The other channels have advertising that pays their revenue.

The BBC now use advertising, just in shows, which should mean they dont need tv license money either.

I wont even get into the laughable argument of "invaluable service"

  • @Lorddoucheington why don't you pay me for typing this??

  • @Lorddoucheington Get a grip you tool, you like to be brainwashed and PAY for that?

The BBC's first responsibility as a state broadcaster is to THE STATE.

Think what that means for a moment, if you can.

State broadcasters should not even exist.

Apart from good old RT and Al Jazeera of course. ;-)

  • 3 dislikes are license fee collectors :D

  • i haven't watched tv in 2 an half yrs approx yet i still keep gettin tv men round sayin i should pay for a license, yet when asked why considerin i dont watch it they cant answer an leave

  • @boontime Wrong. You can have a TV set legally if it is used for watching DVDs or playing games. You will need one, legally, if you are watching LIVE television broadcasts through it.

  • Fucking Nigerian, what the fuck gives HIM the right to Question a British citizen?

He probably ended up with my old telly that I sent off for recycling before he came here. I bet they haven't even heard of TV licenses in Nigeria.

  • @nomoreliblabcon

why r u so obsessed with Nigerians. ?????

hes just doing his job, thats what "right" he has to question the man. as long as you own a television. you MUST pay the licence fee. simple as !!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @watchMEshyne Because he shouldn't even BE HERE, let alone question a BRITISH citizen as to why he has no TV license.

And why MUST we pay for a TV license, because its the LAW?

Didn't you take notice of ANYTHING in this video?

Do you know the difference between Statute and Common Law??

And what makes you think that i'm "obsessed" with Nigerians in particular????

  • @watchMEshyne The tv licence is NOTHING TO DO with tv ownership.

The BBC-TVL Scum's OWN RULES say so.

I have a tv. But I'll be damned if I will tune in to state propaganda.

    DVDs only around here dude.

  • @nomoreliblabcon great comment totally agree

  • I would have said, 'i can't understand a fucking word you're saying, send someone round who can speak English.'

  • message at the end should read Stop Paying Your TV licence Folks ;)

  • Look at that nose !!!!

  • the bbc is not that good anyway in my opinion and i have read ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and providing it is not being viewed live you can watch anything from there service when available anyway :) have a nice day!!!

  • its george the guy from PHONE JACKER

  • The law: Part 4 of the Communications Act 2003 makes it an offence to install or use a television receiver to watch or record any television programmes as they're being shown on television without a valid TV Licence. The Act empowers the BBC to make and amend the terms and conditions of a licence.

  • That is clear harassment.

2 years free of a license now. Still get their pathetic Notices lol

Waitning for next visit, I have CCTV with hidef sound now. Yippee.. Time for a bit of fun.

    Well done on the video.

    Wobbly

  • He doesn't even speak good English! Fat, black, sweaty cunt.

  • Communications Acts 2003, he clearly didn't know that.

  • FYI, Part 4 of the Communications Act 2003 - titled "Licensing of TV Reception" - makes it an offence to install or use a television receiver to watch or record any television programmes as they're being shown on television without a valid TV Licence.

    So now you know.

  • Do the simple BNP support maths: 1997 0.09% 2001 0.25% 2005 0.7% 2010 1.9% 2015 5.5% 2020 16% 2025 45% 2025 is the Year of BNP Government. Our cause is just so our victory is assured - and this is if BNP growth of support doesn't accelerate. Which it will!
  • You said you did not have a tv licence, he did not check, they usually try to enter to look, wierd guy....i'm suprissed he did not ask you 'give me the monies'.

  • The guys a liar....you dont need a license to own a TV....you need one to receive programs live.

I have a tv and i dont pay my license. I havent paid it for years and i have no intention in doing so in the future!

They dont have detector vans and have no right to enter your property. They are a civilian like you or me.

Freedom of Information is not available for the vans as it would make people stop paying...their words lol!

OFCOM told them they cant advertise the vans on tv as did trading sta

  • @lovinit19791 ndards!

The adverts now only show computer parts....the vans are no longer mentioned as they dont exist and its false advertising LOL.

I hate the BBC....its a legal collection racket!

  • @lovinit19791 You make some good points. It's interesting to note that the legislation enforcement is with the BBC and a handful of private companies, not with the government. This makes it harder for people to access information or for anyone to challenge the government over licensing. What if you don't watch the BBC? What if you have a TV and don't watch programs as they're broadcast? Now they're trying to apply the licensing law to the Internet! You need a license just to watch streamed video

  • Fuckin' BBC NAZI's

  • With all the crap that's on the beeb the number of repeats the tv license should be abolished!

  • Its for training purposes!

    LOL....

  • Nice one mate, everyone needs to film these goons in action and post it, thanks for the vid!

  • TVL fail. lol

  • the question to him should have been "if you here under the law, then you should know what law and all the associated requirements of that law. if you feel that you have the right or duty to enforce that law you should be able to and obligated recite such law."

  • @th86stone Well he clearly doesn't know the law. He's merely an employee of a private company with no authority to enforce the law. He's just collecting data. If they believe you have a TV and are lying, and you refuse them entry they can return with the police who then enforce the law and carry out a property search and charge you with an offence.

  • TV licence supports state propaganda.

  • The TV Licence man didn't seem very honest (surprise surprise) - to listen to him, you would assume that you need a licence to "own" a TV - not until almost 3:20 in does he even mention that it is to "receive live broadcasts" (not simply ownership)

  • Go to TPUC website

  • This is what I intend to do when I get my own place. I won't be paying a license for owning a TV because I know the law and I know that their is no obligation for me to have a license.

  • I find it so funny/sad that people wish to STILL HAVE a TV but not pay for a license!!

My opinion theres sommething wrong with people who NEED a TV.

Thats where most of the PROBLEMS come from!!! Start from, propaganda, porn, muder, rape.. pretend social life, Eastenders, etc etc

even a child can reach the on/off switch... yeah freaking funny eh

TV used to be an entertainment thing.. now its something else.

    DUMP YOUR TELEVISION

  • @DumpYourTelevision Actually there are some reasonable informative shows...rare I grant you, butu they do appear. :)

  • @h4ppychap

does that actually benefit you, and your lifes skills?

enjoy your life while you can, start by chucking out the TV :o)

You wont budge me on this one

  • @Fight4Privacy

theres no obligation to HAVE a brainwashing machine either

  • irony is these people have nothing to do with the BBC they work for a private, seperate company.

  • What is this TV license crap? You mean you need a license to watch TV? WOW

Or is that like your cable bill? Not sure I understand what that was all about.

  • people in Britian supposedly need a license to watch BBC channels, its just a big scam really

  • TV is the SCAM... your not looking hard enough!

  • I don't watch telly so i wouldn't no

  • It sounds like ignorance in the comments are the popular dominator here...

  • @darksettler It is, it's an indirect tax. And since the BBC is not impartial and is government controlled media, it's an outrage that the public should have to fund it. And what about freedom of choice. What if a person wishes to own a TV and not watch BBC channels. Why do we have to fund the BBC when we might not approve of it or watch. You could argue it creates a biased media, since the BBC is better funded than all other channels and is reliant on co-operating with the gov for funding.

  • @darksettler I agree. why should i pay £145 a year so some jumped up posh fuck can go on an expensive round the world holiday then sit back smiling as i watch his shitty excuse of a program? fuck em, I have internet, i wont pay for another institution that is outdated and corrupt to the core. keep up the good work lad.

  • Im not dodgy im from the BBC! LMAO!

  • Before you run away!!!! lmao!

  • i'm not dodgy, i'm from the bbc!!

    hahahahaaaaaaaa!!!!

  • @kernzyp your a criminal legalised criminal

  • Hi Danny,

    Well Done.

We were pestered by letters about TV licence for so long, with 2 different post codes but correct address.

We sent a letter saying it was harrasment as they were basically trying to sell us something we didn't want.

I forget what happened now as they were in my sons name. I havn't had a TV for 30 years, he had a licence for 1 year then didn't bother again and gave TV away.

  • lol

    well done bruv

he wanted to leave as soon as you said no telly here

he ticked his box and wanted to run

next time 'what authority would be a good question' lol

    peace
