This morning for Father's Day me, my brothers and my mom made our dad breakfast in bed. I made him an English muffin topped with sliced tomato and Egg Beaters poached in the microwave. (He had heart surgery last year and can't eat much sodium or cholesterol anymore.) There was also a WHOLE package of bacon, strawberry yogurt and strawberries, plus more buttered English muffins.

My family has a tradition for all holiday meals that instead of cooking a nice meal and serving it on real plates, we go to Walmart and pick out whatever frozen dinner we want. Then we eat it on fold-out trays while we watch television. It makes for some pretty awesome holidays. :) We did that for this Father's Day and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. :)
