You are ignoring some important point. The most important point in the map made in 1899 (7:17 of /watch?v=LxH67-sz3cc) is Usando is depicted as identical to Jukdo which lies 2km east of Ulleungdo, not to Dokdo.
@WondrousJapanForever there's various versions of a map. this is not a precise prediction, but i think there was some mistake. even if dokdo is not depicted on the map, there's a tomb that the general of an ancient silla general had left. doesn't this prove that dokdo is korean territory? relying on a mere map that can be changed easily is not a good source of belief.

Just read your Samguk Sagi. it says simply that "Usanguk is another name of Ulleungdo." I know Silla annexed Usanguk=Ulleungdo in 512. But the uninhabited island which lies 93 km south east of Ulleungdo is nothing mentioned in Samguk Sagi. In later Korean historical records and maps, two islands Ulleungdo and Usando came to appear. You Koreans have been claiming that this "Usando" is Dokdo. But all old Korean maps show Usando is Jukdo which lies 2km east of Ulleungdo, not Dokdo.

In short, the decision of the Allied Powers that "Takeshima is a Japanese territory." in San Francisco Peace Treaty is an effective treaty now internationally. So present Korea is a criminal nation defying the international treaty. The historical sources about Takeshima possession which Korea submits weren't admitted evidence that Korea possessed Takeshima from before, because it was very ambiguous and had a lot of exaggeration and distortion in it. @WondrousJapanForever i already did. it seems that i'm not getting you to the point. as you know silla was an ancient country in korea and it eventually annexed goguryeo and baekje. back then usando was called usanguk. silla won the fight over dokdo against japan and his tomb was placed there since then. you can even look it up. also i said the tomb was on dokdo not on ulleungdo.

Just read your Samguk Sagi. it says simply that "Usanguk is another name of Ulleungdo." I know Silla annexed Usanguk=Ulleungdo in 512. But the uninhabited island which lies 93 km south east of Ulleungdo is nothing mentioned in Samguk Sagi. In later Korean historical records and maps, two islands Ulleungdo and Usando came to appear. You Koreans have been claiming that this "Usando" is Dokdo. But all old Korean maps show Usando is Jukdo which lies 2km east of Ulleungdo, not Dokdo.

In short, the decision of the Allied Powers that "Takeshima is a Japanese territory." in San Francisco Peace Treaty is an effective treaty now internationally. So present Korea is a criminal nation defying the international treaty. The historical sources about Takeshima possession which Korea submits weren't admitted evidence that Korea possessed Takeshima from before, because it was very ambiguous and had a lot of exaggeration and distortion in it. In 1900, the Korean government declared that Dokdo belongs to Korea, issuing the government newspaper so as to be internally recognized. Yet, in 1905, the Japanese government declared it belongs to Japan. Accordingly, this 1905 Japanese declaration is invalid.
