As I type, in the video list to the right, I see a video titled "NSMB Wii 9-7 Star Coins extremely easy way" by TheEug3nius. I daresay he is a genius. Makes me feel stupid doing it the hard way, I must say.  A penguin suit (ice flower may be the same, but you duck instead of slide on the belly) and two minutes and the level was cleared with barely any effort. XD

When I originally saw this video, I laughed so hard at it, but now I realize that this stupid level is no laughing matter. This level is truly the hardest level in all of NSMBW.

This level stinks I can not get it or 9-8 I have just these two left to complete the game 100% I think i give up for tonight I have tryed so many times.

I get the first coin but not even made it to the 2nd coin yet. those red spikes and dang shooting flowers keep getting me.

this definatly is the hardest level in the game, but an easier thing to do is start off with an ice flower and a star, and go thru the level, u can then freeze a goomba and take tht with u to the ice bridge and release it so it knocks out all of those pirana plants, then grab the fire flower and continue

finally i made it! this was the last lvl i needed for 100%. i made the experience that the easiest way to complete this lvl is to get the star coins one by one and NOT all 3 in 1 run. get the first star coin and then complete the lvl. doing it this way u can just rush over the coinbridge without risking it to be destroyed. do the same for the 3rd star. just rush the bridge, get the 3rd coin and complete the lvl. having 2 stars already "saved" you can concentrate on only getting the second one

its rather harlious (no offense) to see you fail a couple of times getting the second star coin, thus the 1 person goes at a time trick works, although it loses alot of time! when we finished we had like 60 sec left! unlucky at 1:07! although I hate to admit that was funny. When I first got to this level I was like "Holy crap" then I died. So I expected the super guide and I was like "What the fu?!" "WHERE IS THE SUPER GUIDE BLOCK!?" Then I figured there isn't any super guides in World 9. Thumbs up if you couldn't pass this level the first time you tried it.

My strategy was to do this stage in two parts. First I grabbed the first two coins and rushed to the goal then the second time round I focused on just the the last coin. It made this stage infinitely more simple.

1:9-4:the level isn´t too hard but the fuc*ing star coins yes (I beated it in 1 hour and 30 minutes with the star coins)

2:7-Fortrees:this level is frustrating really frustrating (i beated it in 1 hour 10 minutes with the star coins)
