It is a little off, but that isn't unexpected. When you capo that far down the neck it isn't unusual to get a string out of tune, particularly the the E strings, as they are at the edges of the neck.
Is there a third part to this series showing the "what to do . . . " and "remember we used to dance " part after the time signature change?
