the first, second, and third versions are all on Nujabes records. Plus, there is the modal soul remix on Nujabes's Second Coloction. they both had a hand in the track.

Well, of course but the song itself is Shing02's work because he wrote it. Not to mention, he's the MC. Nujabes only collaborated with him as a DJ.
And when I posted my comment, the description said the song was by Nujabes (without mentioning Shing02), which was why I said it.
