I bought a Rock n Roll Stepper. The first time I stepped onto it, it flipped up and hit my left knee. My right foot stepped through the frame and got stuck, I fell over backwards, dislocated my hip, hit my head on the floor and broke my shoulder and two toes. It took three people to untangle me from the Rock n Roll Stepper and carry me to the waiting ambulance.

@Allina277 well Im muscular,but I still do use this . When I first tried it with the video I was sweating alot and was tired,which means its a good it's good for toning and cardio. (weight loss) It can definiantly help weight and tone up the body. but use the videos it comes with for the full effect
