Nope. He lied about his height saying he was 8'5". Or... He mistakingly said 8 "foot" 5 instead of some other form of measurement. Because if you look at the pictures and videos he's not even close to that. And he has denied many attempts to be measured by Guiness Wolrd Records, therefore, Bao remains tallest living man.

From observatoins I would say he is about 7'5 - 7'7? Who knows.
