@crazyjavi87 - Neither -- it's a sword gauntlet. Basically, it's a sword that's hollowed-out inside, and you slip it over your arm, so that your arm BECOMES a sword.
It's kind of a neat idea for a weapon, IMHO. (:

As the title suggests, it's a song from the PSP game "Zwei!!". To be more specific, it's the final dungeon theme.
The game is only available in Japanese and *I think* Chinese, though, and there are no plans for an English release from any company as of yet.
