  • hey with 10 psi of boost what size pulley do you have on that supercharger and what size belt? min is running at 5 psi with the standard 3.60 pulley and i dont know what size pulley i will need to get to 9-10 psi and what size belt i will need

  • Sick numbers. I just put a set of cams in my 02Gt.. thinking of adding this kit to the mixture! Nice work

  • i have a 99 gt with a V-1 vortech totally built engine cams all that crap and im only pushing like 2 lbs of boost is what it says on the gauge is something wrong with my gauge or is that all they put out? call me a newb or whatever i just need some help

  • @mado188 thats wierd man i have a v2 and it pushes 10psi at redline while driving...when i rev it up to redline it only gets to about 2psi, is that what your doing or are you driving in third balls out and at the redline your only hitting 2psi?

  • @BEASTLYSTANG1999 yea like i will drive slow through first and second and then when i floor it , it only goes to 2 psi i don't get it

  • is there an intercooler on the car?

  • dude thats sick bro, i have a 99 gt with a v-2 vortech that puts out 10psi it also has bbk o/r xpipe, flowmasters, 42lb injectors, and i get bbk shorties put in, in a little over a month then its offed to get tunned. i am hopin for 380-410 at the wheels. im getting a full kw suspension and cobra breaks and wheels, but that probally wont effect it on the dyno much

  • i have a question. if a carbureted 289 cid can make 390 hp with a supercharger could a fuel injected 302 cid make around 420 with a supercharger or turbocharger?

  • An FI 302 can make over 1000hp with a charger or turbo. It all depends on what you do to the motor and what PSI you're running. Either way you look at it the answer is yes, but I'm not quite sure where you're coming from. Your question is so odd. Anything can make almost any amount of power.

For instance, the old F1 cars had 1.5 liter V6 and inline 4 cylinder engines pushing out over 1000hp.

  • I doubt it made 450rwhp on a stock motor.

  • i dont know what they were doing but thats not a dyno tune... that was more like messing around... bro all that, that u have u should be getting at least 450 horses.. no joke...

  • First you should read before posting a comment. Tim was doing that to get the car to it's optimal operating temperature. As far as the power that the car is making, it is making above average power for a Vortech at 10psi and a Trickflow plenum, 75mm BBK throttlebody, UPR o/r midpipe, and weld-in Flowmasters.

  • I am not running an intercooler or an aftercooler.

  • wow...again, i must say that's pretty impressive...have you had any problems with it--running hot or anything? and i'm guessing that it's not a daily driver right?

  • No problems with it at all. This one and my 98 GT are my daily drivers while my v6 is the track car.

  • badass man..those numbers are exactly what I would like to see w/ mine... if u dont mind me asking...did you put those (#'s) down with or without an intercooler/aftercooler??
