The feeling like someone is watching you freezes you from spontaneously being your real self,and God does not want that at all. It is a conditioned fear to have someone watching you to have you fear about doing a normal thing like being nude or have some sort of sex,and that is guilt,and guilt is not of God, it is of Satan .
