David Hewlett is hardly an arrogant, if you ever met the guy you would know that he is no where near arrogant.
He is trying to be funny here, and apparently you can't pick up a joke. Maybe you should get your sense of humor sensor checked.

Also, you don't really know the person so using the first name seems somehow not appropriate to me. If the actor is fine with it, then that's okay but I'd ask beforeI do it, I guess. Or just use the last name like you did XD

@BelebayChan In 2008 I met Jeremy Sisto in Minneapolis. When I called him Mr. Sisto he noticeably got a small smile and eye raise and he talked with me for like almost ten minutes. I like to think its cause I didn't treat him like I knew him.
