I can picture prisoners with music abilities use there talents in a musical production, that would be very similar to the musical adaptation to Bad Girls the Musical and do stage performance's as a way to pay off their debts to society, which can be a great way to over come their hurt's that have been done to the one's they hurt and vice versa and heal as well.

This has nothing to do with the poverty situation, governmental corruption and other maladies that filipino people face.

What we have to learn is not to dwell on those problems, but find a way to build on positive things that we accomplish, how little they might be.

If ur thinking of making the cell available for tourist make no mistake in considering the safety of both visitors and prisoners... we can appreciate the achievement of these prisoners but we can never hug them.
