  • what if you cant do a planche push-up. im sure that im strong enough to do it, i just don't know the technique for it.

  • @dragonkid521 if you've never done a planche pushup, i'm 95% sure you wont be able to do it on your first attempt, no matter how strong you are, b/c chances are you haven't developed the right muscle groups for it. I'm saying this with exp. and is exactly why im training just so i can be able to do it too. (much much harder than it looks)

  • @dragonkid521 strength requirement is pretty high.. i've heard you have to be able to bench 2x bodyweight minimum, not to mention you have to have the back strength to hold your legs up (probably a bit more difficult than a flag). But if you got that, you have to work on your balance. otherwise no matter how strong you are, you'll just tip forward or back. pseudo-planche pushups and planche pushups with feet against the wall to train. maybe others too.

  • iv been in the gym for 2.5 years and i quit 2 months ago after i saw all this spartan home workout vids like this in youtube.. i now keep my body only workout 15-20 min a day and spend no more money on gym haha xD.

    I love this vid for real. ( also i do muay thai twice a week but if i didnt do that.. still this home workout would be enough)

  • @groovyome well it works here, you can be ripped and only be 130 pounds because fat weighs weights.. more then muscle so sence Im like 135-140 pounds all you need actually is to eat and stuff so your body and muscle can burn it and work off your food, but the moral to what Im trying to say is you dont need to look ripped to be ripped if your 180 and do what he is doing your most likely going to be half and all muscle; fat turns into muscle this is why.

  • nice workout man i tried to follow you ^^ i could do everything except for the planches witch i can't do so i just did the pushup with hands by hip and doubled the amount you did with planche.. and i could only do 30 lemon-squezzer/v-ups

  • I HATE snake push ups...you called them scoops. My coach calls the snake push ups. The burpee back tucks are killer. I cant get through 10. I do love the ab workouts though.....hate Vups :P Not a huge fan of push ups though. All I do is diamond, shoulder width apart, and the girly shoulder by your sides going all the way down(forgot what they are called.)......A lot of the reps and push ups you are doing I would not be able to do...then again I am only a 15 yr old girl.

  • @djsmoke897 yea same things as benching- works your chest, triceps, shoulders, and abs(if done right)... and its a good core exercise..

  • nice workout but every single one of your pushups had all the wrong techniques. they all only worked your triceps and hardly put anything into your chest. and the hindu pushup technique is a bad attempt. if people want to learn how to do a good one check out another video.

    75% folks can not preform these types of exercises. I wouldn't be able to do back flips etc.

  • @roronorazoro I am no expert(I am a 15 year old girl so dont take my adivce) but my coach always tells me after working one muslce group like that (so upper body& core....unless that is related but I dont know.) you should wait 48 hours. You can also do like leg workouts the next day. so everyother day, with ofcourse cardio and dont forget yoga and or streching.
