MOST THIS STUFF I THREW BACK UP CAUSES ME TO GAIN WEIGHT A LITTLE HUTRS ACID IN MOST FRUITS SOME IT DONT YES ITS LITER ON MY BELLY BUT WORSE I GUESS ITS CAUSE THEYVE BEEN IN 3NHALF YRS
Now that my gallbladder isn't acting as a bile reserve, bile goes into my tummy regardless of whether I eat fat or not. This means by the time I do, there isn't enough bile to digest it, causing fat to build up in the heart. I am already feeling effects of this, and not even had surgery but 2 years ago.
Well, I had it removed laproscopically, which is easier for recovery time after surgery, but doing it that way is more of a risk in surgery as it is complicated. I am sensitive to eating fatty foods much more so now. I learned that the liver has to now send bile to the stomach continuously instead of sending it to the gallbladder which acts as the 'bile reserve'.
I just found out from my doctor (one of the top doctors in the world) that I can't eat a lot of oil from now on, or fat. I had to cut meat from my diet, which makes sense because I can't digest fat like I used to. Please let people know out there that we are prone to heart disease now if we continue to eat fat, as we don't digest it. I was told I could get heart disease within 3 years if I continues to eat oily foods. I should have rid the gallstones naturally, and yes, it can be done!

@lusterwings Have you tried a (digestive) lipase enzyme?

@4chango No, I did hear however that there are bile salts I can take.

@lusterwings There is a naturopathic approach on my channel. It will remain posted for a week or two.
