The older leaders can reach you too, you're just not letting them. When you decide to live by CHRIST and let HIM lead you, you will accept SOUND DOCTRINE from anyone!!!! Young, old as long as they are Christian, they can preach the Gospel. But you have to be ready to embrace the truth when you hear it. You're right. Older leaders can reach you too. But they don't connect as well as people who are closer to your age. Personnally I try to relate to older leaders but it's harder. I think God will show us his message through anyone.
