@Diifusal type airmon-ng and you will get a list of plugged in card.

to get in monitor mode type, airmon-ng stop "your card name"  and then airmon-ng start "your card name"

it does work for cracking WEP this way though, u cant get enough IV packets to crack a WPA\WPA2 network though which is why it isnt possible, so your right and i agree that there is no program to hack WPA or WPA2 networks yet =)

well you know there is nothing impossible but it we'll be very difficult

Once you have none dictionary password on ur router longer than 8 capitals it is very hard to brake it. Because our processor must randomize whole alphabet by n! so that's a lot to calculate. Now imagine 32 capitals in one line(that's my pass) so that's 26capitals alphabet +9digits in n! That will be about 50years of calculating for decent CPU for example E8500

yes this is for the cpu but the cpu isnt the best choice if u want to crack a pass by brute force the GPU will make the job around 10 times faster and if u have a good gpu a 10-12 char pass will be cracked for a couple of days

What are you talking about? "There's no difference between WPA and WPA2." WPA requires a minimum 8 character password. WPA2 requires a 12 character minimum password. Have fun trying to Crack WPA2 with a Word list under 12 characters for each word, you retarded mexican.

It's the same method, yeah. But completely different word list. That's what I'm saying. If you were cracking a wpa2 router and using a list that has thousands of words under 12 characters, you would be wasting hours of your time.

Is about time, it can take seconds or hours, depends on the router u're trying to hack. U can do an aireplay -0 attack to try getting an ARP packet and get the handshake. Isn't easy but can works.
