No. Men who stalk children abduct them and rape them, deserve bullets to the head. Children who need mental help and are on the path of becoming a school shooter(which is very RARE) need help but do deserve to be shot during their rampage and killed to prevent more lives from being destroyed, but the mental state of that child is far different from a pedophile. Generally, pedophiles score lower on IQ tests, have poor memory etc. Personally, I have had a brain scan which will be compiled with others to create a finding, not completed.
