ultimate frisbee is teams of 7, and the goal is to get a touchdown (get the frisbee to one end of the field, cleverly entitled an 'endzone'). you arent allowed to take any steps when you're holding the frisbee; if you do, that's called a travel; so you have to make plays and throw it to one another until you reach the endzone. oh, and when you have the frisbee, you only have until the count of stall 10 to throw it (slow count). and thats basically it. if you have questions, message me.
