I like you Alex! The way that you talk reminds me of a friend of mine who is about your age and sees things in different dimentions and myself had an astral projection at the age of 25 and since then my whole life shifted! :-)
Eventually I know what's going on with me. All my life i lived in 2 realities one in a daylight and another when i was asleep. I always had lucid dreams. I was shown incrediable things, but I didn't know what was it. I asked a lot of people of their expiriences of dreaming but noone could give me a clear answer and some people believed that it' was just the reflection of my desturbings in daily routin life, but i always knew that it was not as simple as some Darvinists' think. astral projection is scary, i have had alot of them. the scariest one i had was when i was holding a shotgun in the astral laying in my bed, as i pointed the gun on the wall i pulled the trigger and that scared the living daylights out of my because it was so loud. it went from being completely quiet to a nuclear explosion loud shotgun blast.
iv been searching this up but every on uses big words and rambles on would this AP be some thing like a dream cause i know iv had these feelings as if u fall and then again wake up and scared iv had this so much it happens so often it feels as if u hit a bump and fall but u fall back into your self and u actually jump in bed is this AP? or just something else im still sort of new to this
thanks i'm always looking for new and diffrent things to do this seems like something that could change everything in someones life also could there ever be a way to go into AP and not awaken. and one more question im fu;ll of questions but im keeping them to some what important could in an AP could you have a "scary" projection could something happen to you like get hurt or something and could that effect your physical state? thanks for your help by the way

In regards to your questions, the best response I can give is try to trust in yourself and allow yourself to experience this without fear and without feeling a need to make sense of it all. Just go with it, and the answers will come to you from a place of self-awareness.
@alexd181 You know, I'm new to this astral traveling thing, but I've always kept an open mind and all to spiritual things. But um, the way astral traveling sounds, I think I've astral traveled many times. Like I can remember me flying through a city, and I remember sometimes when I wake up, I wake up to a giant jolt in my body like I just fell a hundred feet into my bed, and I wake up with a big thumb because it felt like I was falling.

I'm always trying to do more research on astral travel but it gets over-technical sometimes.
I think what you are experiencing might be called a 'false awakening' ... but I could be wrong.
The falling into your body is a typical sensation when you return (being frightened could well account for it).
