The second couple looked like they were having sex on the dance floor. Nothing classy about it and her routine was several moves strung together. There really wasn't any dancing for her.
The first couple, however, were AWESOME. Lots of good energy, moves, passion, AND talent. The 4th couple was great too- again, lots of talent. The 3rd couple was fun though. Tough call, but I'd have to say the first couple were the best. I want to incorporate some of their stuff into East Coast swing!

There's some good stuff in here, but IMO, blues isn't for competitions. It's a personal thing, about the connection between you and your partner and the music.

@IndigloMouth I absolutely agree. It is a personaly thing and eg.I would give the first prize to another couple... this kind of dance which is so individual and personal is not for competitions as there's no base to compare them - only your personal taste. But to watch them is really fun. I like the easy way they move and express themselves on the dancefloor.
