Went for the longest time and then the whole "I can't read Harry Potter" thing came up and when I became older I started knowing how the world really is. This is meant for everyone and not a specific person here, but you know what? I personally don't think God really gives a damn who you are or what you believe as long as you live a good life. I mean, does it really make sense to say that if a person lived a good life and helped people, but was an atheist they'd go to hell when they died simply because they didn't believe in God? That doesn't sound all merciful and all loving to me.

I love how I can be the christian I am suppose to be and still listen to bands like this, I actually feel bad when I listen to bands like suicide silence and whitchapel, because thats what I listened to before I made the decision to be christian, but after seeing and meeting these guys last night, I am sure that god is even with them, because without him something like this band couldn't have happened

@robertward203 yes,heIsTalkingAbout man made religion (the idea that you could somehow earn God's grace through actions/works; like building a stairway to heaven) religion is false, there is nothing humans can do to earn God's grace. Isaiah 64:6 "WE HAVE ALL become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a polluted garment." God's grace is given freely through Christ, we can't, and don't have to, earn it. Religion is false, Christ's gift is not. hope this helps

Went for the longest time and then the whole "I can't read Harry Potter" thing came up and when I became older I started knowing how the world really is. Jesus died on the cross so we can express our own liberties, and for those people who are worried about their kid's faith being altered from a series of books? They should be worried if their faith is that weak.

@jsimpson07 Yeah, I've heard a lot of people, so called fans, saying the vocals are bad..I loved his lower register..I'm a huge fan of gutturals..and when I heard they had changed, I was like ok, I have to hear it before I make a fair assessment..but I think for the overall quality of their music, it was the best thing they've done..
