dude this guy is so easy...im lv 82 with NO ubers at all, cuz i spent it all experimenting on weapons...neways, all i have to do is use a light/dark pet with a light/dark guest, and i just use big100k to kill him. the somewhat rare special drains his health about 200 every time it goes, and i dont even have to use any MP to beat him if i dont want to. i beat him when i was level 70
