Please let it be known to all stoners out there, that it is now required to listen to this song whenever high, and attempt to play each and every instrument mr. Rickman announces. You win at life if you can make it to the end of the tubular bells.
What joy! One of the most inspiring pieces of music, the sex-yummy tones of Mr Rickman and then a slide show of this wonderful actor as well. Just have to check my pulse. Thank-you for posting this magnificent and magical combination. Cheers!
I was listening to this track tonight while watching the crescent moon rising in the sky, and I must say it was utterly amazing. This song is mesmerizing ( and so is alan's voice ;-)
@MarryXMeXBuryXMe- you're alright! I'm 14 and I'm madly in love with him! You can't help your attractions to someone, especially of higher authority or in this case age. To many people age is just a number when you've passed 20! It's why I can't wait! But I'm with you on the whole denial thing, my friends think I'm crazy when they see the many pictures of Alan I have(;
@theatregirl32397 Gods! I understand you quite well!! I've been in love with him since I was twelve. I'm thirty now and my husband is a lot like him! Obssesed? NAH! Hahaaa
Hmmm... I played the crap out of Tubular Bells when it was released. This ain't it. Without a doubt, sounds like Alan Rickman. I'd bet my life on it. But, this is NOT the original music. "Two slightly sampled guitars"? "Digital sound processors"? Not happening when T.B. was released.
@spambrando uhm...see how this is called, it's " the bell" of Mike Oldfield, a newer changed version, of course not the original T.B. ;) I like the original much better :)
@CassieEsther Its called "The Bell" from the Album "Tubular Bells 2" by Mike Oldfield, quite possibly the worlds most impressive composer / performer / musician ever. If you liked this track he has done many many tracks since 1973 when he composed and recorded the original Tubular bells albumn (You will probably recognise some of it as the music from the exorcist)
I happen to actually reallly like this tune, and the Rickmaness is an added wonderful bonus! I have this song on my ipod, and I love the way be says tubular bells. What enunciation!
Some Mike Oldfield music is great but I like this just because of Alan! I live in England and want to see him perform one day! It's funny how he says Potter in the Harry Potter films coz he goes PoTTa with a huge emphasis on the capitals! LOL, what a genius!
What a beautiful clip you have made. It is the first time I have seen some of these photos. I wish I lived in England to have the possibility of seeing Mr Rickman on stage. He must be even more amazing live in theatre. Once more well done thank you for your efforts.
Thank you for your kind comment. I too would love the chance to see Alan on stage in England, especially having seen some tidbits of his stage acting here in YouTube, which I might add are quite impressive.
Who is he with in 4:06? Is that family by any chance?

Glockenspiel is my favorite word, and my week has now been made because I heard it in this sexpot of a voice. Oh, God.
I'm sixteen years old, by the way, and in somewhat of a denial state about being attracted to him.
