Well this is point sparring as apposed to olympic style in olympic style there is a set ammount of time that two people go all out in point sparring there is a set ammout of point every time a point is scored they stop the match check with the judges to see if it counts and then start all over again so it is normal but not necessarily as fun as olympic style

@Jbonerz you're right. TKD is a game of foot tag and muay thai is a fight. I appreciate the level of accuracy and speed that some tkd fighters have, however I believe that it's more sport then martial art as, it's just not a practical rule set to compete under.
