A delegation from Uganda arrived in Brussels to submit their first application to join the EU ! arriving to EU's HQ they were told : " Sorry, but you can't apply, you are not europeans!! "
The head of the Uganda delegation said : " So what?, Why then you are allowing Turkey to apply for the last decades over and over again?!!"
The EU representative thought for a while. reconsidered the application case and said : " My appologies..As a matter of fact Uganda has better chances than Turkey!"
