hey man I have a dm5, whats ION rocker? your kit sounds better than mine

@ArgWolffe The ION Rocker is a third party drumset made for Rockband. Instead of using the xbox controller I simply let it control / trigger the DM5. I doubt my DM5 is better sounding than yours, it may be the way I mix the audio with the soundtrack that makes it sound clearer.

@BacardeSan interesting, sorry I'm a little new to this I always played acoustic kits this is my 1st electronic one. I just plug the kit to a keyboard speaker and play, it has some 20 presets. You mean you connect the kit to the midi output into a computer or something? very interesting. And good choice with alesis btw, it's very robust & reliable hardware
