  • im sorry youre dealing with this :( maybe instead of eating not-so-healthy foods like burritos and chips and candy, you should try healthy filling foods like nuts and fruits and veggies~ they'll fill you up faster and you wont feel so bad about eating them because they are good for you! and dont listen to all these people saying youre fat~ you really arent. please stop binging though :( it WILL damage your heart

  • dear, i hope things get better for you. i have went up and down in my weight for years. im really small structured though, so 150 is the heaviest i have gotten. but i joined overeaters anonymous online (bc it is private). it teaches you how to control the binges. you should really look it up and message me anytime you wanna talk. you can control this! it is all in your mind...so change your mind. :)

  • You'll be back to the 180's soon! Don't worry! Just say no, remember that it's as easy as saying no! Put a stop sign on your fridge if you need to or through out all your food. =) You can do this.
