The semi crashing was carrying sand to de-ice roads.
Both vehicles in the inner lanes suffered minor damage
A pile-up later occurred several kilometers before this accident due to low visibility, and stopped traffic..
The 401 Highway is currently crowned the busiest highway in the World.
