@frankrizzo: could you get your pc and paint a cathedral live? You can visit TheFlyingPig (Wisconsin), The Windsor Art Center (Connecticut) and check out the results of this plain air painting. Some brilliant artists are using this apps like a pocket-studio.. I guess you never try this app, and if you did, please show me what can you do and Then we could start talking ;)
As an artist myself, i can say this seems suprising deep. However it doesn't look like the brush strokes are affected by how much pressure you apply, which is a shame (unless there's an option for that?). Anyhoo, definitely one to look out for when i get my iphone tomorrow!
She is really beautiful. Hard to pay attention to what she's saying. It seems to be something about the iphone, right?

This app sucks.
A real artist would just use a real paint app on his PC, and someone who is NOT an artist will find the app useless as you can't create anything.

I'm pretty sure the the Iphone/Ipod touch can't detect differences in pressure, as far as i know.
