  • Damn...another misguided tard on the net with the wrong info...SMMFH!!!

  • He said at the end "full power" Should not the engines already be set to full power?

  • @emmettcorbin not really. full power in a rated jet engine is the maximum capable output of said engine. this output is usually unsustainable for long periods of time. takeoffs occur usually at about %80 of "full power" or maximum capable output.

  • Thanks for the Info... I guess in a bind shouting out 'Full Power' would be easier than 'Maximum capable output'..lol Although this is no laughing matter.

  • Even with an engine failiure... Im sure a 727 can comfortably take off on 2 of its 3 running.. Had they have set their flaps correctly this wouldnt have happened regardless of an engine failiure or not... I guess chattin the the flight attendants was waaay more important than ensuring you aint gonna kill the people behind ya...

  • I'm an enthusiactic flight simmer, but you really should put "FS" in the clip title.

  • I've just flagged this as spam....misleading thumbnail.

There are thousands of FS videos with misleading titles. It's polite to put FS or SIM in the title. Or maybe people do it on purpose? How many "hits" does it take to gain advertising revenue?

  • report this video as missleading title... if all do it it will be put down or they will change the title.

  • no engine fire, pilot error , he didn't set flaps

  • Why is that guy screaming in the cockpit at the end? You're supposed to not panic and be under control at all times.

  • @ylekiot43 His backbone was broken. he survived, just screamed cause he was in a whole lot of pain.

  • @ylekiot43 When you're in something that is as structurally sound as a cardboard box, and crashing back to the ground within a few seconds of taking off, you cannot be "under control" at all times. The screams heard, are the screams after the first impact when you realize "I'm going to die, I'm going to die, I'm going to die".. I've been in his position once before, and I don't think I've ever screamed that hard in my life, but I think it saved my life, as it got my adrenaline going for numb..

  • @ylekiot43 Lets see how calm you are when a plane you are flying is crashing. Then come back (if you survive) and rewrite your comment.

  • I hear laughing right after it crashes...is that satan and his demons?

  • You idiot, there was no engine failure. The crew took off without setting the flaps. At least one engine compressor stalled due to the excessive angle of attack which occurred on rotation. The crew, believing they had set the flaps correctly, erroneously assumed an engine had failed.

  • wow where did you get this video of the crash? how did atc let you fly along side during their take off?

  • @mlex169, Oops, Continental 1713 isn't part of the accidents where pilots talk about non-essential things.

  • @mlex169, your right, in fact, Delta Airlines Flight 1141 did the same thing as Continental 1713 and Eastern Airlines 212, They talk about Non-essential things during the important phases of the flights! I think that the crew should be fired or at least get a slap on the wrist for talking about non-essential things during takeoff, in fact, they failed to put on the flaps and slats to the correct position due to non-essential chatter, stupid pilots.

  • That's what happens when you're screwing around and not paying attention to what you should be doing (i.e. getting the plane ready to take off). Instead, the co-pilot was screwing around the entire time talking about anything except flying. He should have been arrested and imprisoned for manslaughter.

  • I wish I could ban all FS bullshit on youtube. Make your own video sites, virgins.

  • @stesta5074 So you would rather see no video about this crash at all, as there is no official one because this is so old crash?

  • Let me guess, your first sexual experience was a simulator too? Loser.

  • Loser, Loser, Loser pilot and crew! They lived and innocent people died. Their bravado took over as they flirted with the female FA in the cockpit and joked about the crash of another plane.....all the while failing to set the flaps.....what an asswipe. Hear his screams at the end????? This infuriates me to no end! I hope he is taking orders on a drive through 16 hrs a day for minimum wage the moron.

  • the pilot is a loser

  • i think this is the crash that the flight crew was talking sexual stuff with stewardes instead of doing preflight checks causing crash.

  • another bloody flight-sim video ... you owe me 0:40

  • i know a way i can put your a/c in bad standing...and i will. wasting my fucking time

  • I remember watching CNN that day.....

  • your graphics sucks, next time fs in the title of course

  • i agree put "FS" in the title

  • I thought the cause of the accident was that flaps were up and not at "1" or "5" AND the take off warning system failed to work (no horn sounded). But maybe I'm wrong.

  • @machfron Guess who? Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk.

  • these FS fakes. It was a longer time from Vr to crash. Enought time to notice the stalling and bring flaps to 10 and avoid stalling. Dam FS focksss.

  • Anyone who thinks this is funny is a borderline sadist.

  • "FULL THROTTLE!!!"

    "AHHHHHHHHHAHAHHHAHAHAHHhhahhahahhahha!!!!...... "

    lmao

  • @YouGotJEWD you're a fucking asshole!!

  • I see people have pointed it out before, but I´ll do it again: PUT FS IN THE DAMN TITLE! I actually discussed this thing with some colleagues the other day and how it annoys the fuck out of us.

  • Cmon lier, they died because they didn't set flaps. And fuck you idiot, you don't say it's FSX, and that annoys us.

  • Maybe if the pilots were gay and didn't flirt with the fish, they wouldn't have killed 13 people.

  • The same thing happened to Northwest Airlines Flight 255. An MD-80. They also forgot to set the flaps/slats for takeoff.

  • It wasnt engine failure. The co-pilot forgot to set the flaps/slats for takeoff.

  • The screaming at the end made me feel sick.

  • @poodtang1 the screaming made me lol

  • It wasn't an engine failure. That is what the thought in the few seconds after take off. Fact is, the pilots were flirting with a flight attendant about "the flight attendants dating habits and the interest of the company in preventing them to happen", and so, they simply ignored the fact that they didn't have a proper slat and flap configuration for take off. Basic cross check routine.

  • fucking loser

  • Was that laughing in the end of the recording? Was the plane laughing itself?

  • @Computergeew quite sure it was screaming...

  • What do you call this when almost all people on Utube use foul language to get their point across. Is it sexual tensions? Is it the fact that they are hiding behind a fake personal description on their profiles? I mean no one knows who they are so why not? In real life people are not so brave. Fasinating captain.

  • @barmtrail man fuck off...

    btw, nice zr1 vid! :)

  • @0m1nous I am going to tell your mother that you use such foul language on the internet. You will be in such big trouble mister, you wont be able to sit for a week!

Yes i know that video is sweet!!!!!!

  • why?

  • Flaps were not set, plus they forgot to restart the number 2 engine after it was shut down in order to save fuel. They sat on a taxiway for quite a while due to a ground stop.

  • Why can't you get this right? Delta 1141 took off without its flaps extended! It did not have an engine failure!

  • damn how could you fly with it that laggy

  • Damn.

  • You know it would be nice in at least ONE OF These videos- that you actually show the plane crash instead of blacking out. Jesus.

  • Jesus, you running FRAPS and FS2004 on a Pentium 3?

  • It was not an engine failure. the final report says they forgot to set the corret flap position. A flight attendant was in the cockpit.

  • @halconessa what the fk was the flight attendant doing in the cockpit!

  • i wish one day you mofuckers will learn to put fs in the title

  • @DenisKomment It is true, but some people put it, some people don't. I agree though.

  • @DenisKomment Who honesty gives a shit?

  • @DenisKomment FS part idea is just to show how accident happened when real tape doesnt exist, so in this case, shut up.

  • @DenisKomment I am a simulator enthusiast as well, but you are so right. This annoys the shit out of me too.

  • @airman193 Black box record is real, so who cares, would you like to watch black screen rather than this? I agree that fs should be in title of normal fs vids, but recording is main point of this vid, not video that justs shows how it happened.

  • Comment removed

  • @DenisKomment let me geus.....your scared to fly, and watch horror scenes on the internet?

  • @MoArachanox oh fuck you...

  • @DenisKomment i just won $30,-

  • @DenisKomment If you can't tell from the thumbnail that a video like this is a flight simulator, then you either need a new monitor or need your eyes checked.

  • @LetzRock1 yep! and fuck you too ))

  • @DenisKomment if you werent so stupid you could tell from the picture and seriosly do ou really think that someone would have perfect footage of a plane crash? seriosly ima peel you

  • @lufthansa330pilot Hi, fuckface )) 73 people disliked this shit and 16 people agreed with me so I say again FuCk YoU ))

  • @DenisKomment really dennis?

  • @lufthansa330pilot yes, bitch! ))

  • @DenisKomment me too that is sooo annoying!!!!!

  • @DenisKomment The point of this video is really the CVR in the background.

  • @DenisKomment true..but we can actually come to know by this guys LAME FUCKIN GRAPHICS

  • Actually I have ridden backwards in a plane. Some old DC-9's had a rear facing seat at the front of the cabin. I didn't notice any strange sensations from G's or turns. To me it just felt strange to look up and have everyone in the cabin looking at me.

I kind of enjoyed the feeling on landing, being pushed back in your seat on deceleration is more comfortable than having the seat belt squeezing your guts.

  • @masm60 LoL just when i read the "looking up and have everyone in the cabin looking at me" that made me chuckle, i can just picture it.

  • @masm60. Also the DC-9's were only one of a few planes that you could pushback using only reverse thrust.

  • @masm60 Southwest used to have some 737s with rear facing seats as well...

  • Did anyone live?

  • @cencen123yo

14 people died the rest lived, but may of the survivors were horribly burned

  • Ever know anyone who worked for an aerospace company?

Do airline / aerospace lobbyists exist? Of course, But, would they try to stack the deck and infiltrate the FAA..lol. of course.

I said "Lose flight attendants, have snack machines, and save us some money." Not flight crews...

You're obviously groping here so why not give up...or at least respond quicker.

  • So comfort over safety....you're saying?. I don't buy that after 2000+ rides sitting backwards in a plane. 3 emergency landings too...

Look into the industry, it is less safe than it could be at the same cost.

  • computers dont forget to do check lists.

Why is there not a semi-intelligent sub-processing system.

This isn't rocket science...just dealing with pilot ego's.

I have flown commercially over 2500 times in the past 7 yrs. I know a lot of people with ATPL's... The best ones have no ego.

Lose flight attendants, have snack machines, and save us some money.

  • @00Billy you do not fly commercially if you sincerely think the role of FAs is to hand out snacks.

  • @phobal

Seats face forward in planes for what reason? (they should face backwards) The FAA are not looking out for our safety. Boeing, Airbus and the airlines runs the FAA. it's like BIg Oil, automakers, and the DOT.

Flying could be so much safer for us...

  • @00Billy If you have ever flown in a plane backwards you might realize why they don't have backwards facing seats. It makes you feel awful when the plane is in turbulence or pulling G's. Also, why would it be safer, if you come hit terrain or an obstacle at the the speeds that todays airliners fly, the fact that your head hits a cushion before it its the ceiling is not going to save your life.

  • @00Billy this doesn't answer for the fact that you think the primary role of flight crews is to hand out snacks. it also doesn't account for the times fa's were a contributing factor to save lives (such as the Air France yyz incident). your point is also illogical: if the FAA is run by airlines that want to cut costs and fa's are a cost, wouldn't the FAA make FA's obsolete?

  • this is an edited transcript and it was not an engine failure... they flight crew was so busy flirting with the flight attendant they skipped the preflight checklist ..Failing to extend the fowler flaps increasing the wing area by 100sqft they climbed out of ground effects and stalled.... the captain lived... hope he can live with what he has done... yeah they thought it was a power loss because they didnt have the lift they expected....

  • There is no such thing as a new mistakes. Just old ones waiting to happen to new people. Northwest 255, Delta 1141, Spanair 5022.....

  • NO engine failure..it was pilot error not completing checklist and setting flaps, flirting with flight attendants. I remember this crash, was a miracle so many survived.

  • they only thought they had an engine failure but they were wrong. cause of the crash was the failure to set takeoff flaps due to crew distraction.

  • ALSO

    watch?v=TmCtJhCPEeQ&feature=re lated

Stewardess in cockpit bullshiting & flaps inwrong position.read the sidebar.

  • watch?v=TmCtJhCPEeQ&feature=related

THAT IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED--NOT THIS DUMB SHIT.THERE WAS NO ENGINE FAILURE ASSHOLE.

  • I saw the words "Engine failure" on the transcript though

  • somebody lied...trying to cover their fuck-up.

Probably the airline so the would not get sued.

  • The guys who say that these videos are fake, well there not! because they used fsx or fs2004 to simulate these crashes

  • are there any fsx freeware boeing 727's? or are there only payware's cuz most are payware when i find them, and also the SGA Dc-10 doesn't work on fsx demo for me

  • ooohhh I like that Livery on the older Delta jets =( poor 727! D:

  • Well it is none of anybody else's buisness either! So stop poking in.

  • they were not fakes, 9/11 was not an inside job! Now shut up! no ones comments have anything to do with this!

  • Falsehoods,cunt.Why don't you shut up ?

  • The videos were obvious fakes.Watch 911 Taboo for a great introduction.

  • But the tenerife incedent was not fake right?

  • @ThePilotA380 right

  • the 911 taboo was fail go on wikipedia please if you go on wikipedia and search 911 or September 11 Attacks you will have a good life now go on it, it is for ur own good

  • Wikipedia is Zionist funded shit.911 Taboo is a truth classic.

  • The penetration shown in the fake videos is impossible.

  • Watch 911 Taboo and September Clues for the truth.

  • Ya know, after knowing that hundreds of people died on 9/11 and still saying it was and "inside job" is kinda stupid don't ya think?

  • It's very stupid to say it was 19 boxcutter wielders. The speeds attributed to "UA 175" are impossible.

  • True. but what are you getting to?

  • The videos were fake. There were no planes.9/11 was an inside job.Hard fact.

  • Ah I see. But with all due respect, not even how hard you brainwash me, I don't think that I would ever come to the conclusion that 9/11 was fake.

  • Imagine a judge ignoring evidence.Criminal.Evil.

  • Well I can see that you think you know everything. So I think you would be nice enough to explain to me how 9/11 was an inside job, Mr.KnowItAll???

  • Look at the way Dela 1141 broke up.Planes are fragile. But "UA 175" flew through steel.

  • The speed of 546 mph attributed to "UA 175" is imposible at the altitude of 1000 feet.

  • Stop spamming this video with unrelated comments!

  • If you want unrelated, PSA Flight 1771 proves UA93 happened!

  • There was wreckage of PSA 1771.None with the fictitious UA 93.

  • These conspiracies are lies. They are disrespectful and ugly to over 2,000 lost lives and their relatives!

  • The boxcutter conspiracy is a lie.Yes,it is disrespectful and ugly.

  • I meant the conspiracies that the planes never existed, government planes, etc. The planes were Hijacked by terrorists and destroyed in the towers and UA93 did crash! Saying that never happened is like saying PS1771 or Tenerife never happened.

  • The videos were fake.Prove they were not fake.

  • How about the fact that the World Trade centers are gone!?!?!?! Also, CNN is a reliable video source. Now seriously, GO TO A 9/11 VIDEO FATBRAIN!

  • The towers were most probably nuked. The "planes" had 0.02% of the mass of each tower.

  • That many nukes would have destroyed Manhattan! You don't know anything about nuclear bombs or aircraft obviously.

  • You have a very poor intellect.I am an engineer and a former recreational pilot.

  • Oh yeah? Prove it.

  • Also, stay out of my videos and channel, and I will stay out of yours.

  • Which video's? There are dozens of video's from numerous sources all filming the same event. The Towers are gone - no conspiracy at all.

  • Comment removed

  • happy new year guys ... calm down and enjoy life...

  • Planes are fragile like 1141.Not steel darts like the fictitious "UA 175".

  • feast bag!

  • ??? Watch 911 Taboo and Theory of Ghostplane.

  • I use you to excercise with, Dumbell!

  • shut the FUCK up about 9 fucking 11

  • No way.

  • Go to a 9/11 video and do this fatbrain.

  • @machfron Yes N334AA Crashed And N612UA Crashed And TRhe Other Two Boeing 757 Crashed You Conspiracy Idiot! And This Is Delta Flight 1141 You Fucking Moron, Wait A Minute, Why Am I Talking To This Fucking Stupid Dumb Retard!? Shut Your Shit Hole Or Shove The Shit Up Your Ass!

  • N612UA and N591UA were not deregistered until years later.Contrary to FAA regulations.

  • Man You Are A Conspiracy Idiot! Shut Up, You Aint Know Nuttin I Mean Nuttin About 9/11! Shut The Fuck Up! You Know Your Intelligence Quotent Is Very Low!

  • The two AA flights were not scheduled to fly on 9/11 according to the BTS database.

  • @machfron What The uck Does UA 175 Got To Do With This!?

  • UA 175 violated Newton's laws of motion.

  • Seriously! What does UA175 have to do with this?

  • @SketchUp707

    What are Newton's laws,shoe salesman ?

  • Whatever Flatbush Flathead

  • @machfon Look Whos Talking, Shut Your Mouth Full Of Fucking Shit You MotherFucking Son Of A Bitch, DipShit, DoucheBag. Your Talking Shit, What is 9/11 Suppose To Do With This, ANSWER THE MOTHERFUCKING QUESTION!

  • You may not be realising this, but you are sorta being ugly to people's dead loved ones. Please let them rest in peace. :(

  • Comment removed

  • This was not engine failure. The crew had not configured appropriately flaps and slats for take-off. It was 100% pilot failure.

  • Comment removed

  • Fuck you,shill."UA 175" violated Newton's laws.The videos were fake.9/11 was an inside job.

  • Flatbush Flathead.

  • The NTSB concluded that the pilots had failed to set the correct flap-slat setting prior to take-off. The aural alarm which sounds when the throttles are advanced forward but the aircraft is not configured properly was not operating on that particular aircraft.

Although you may blame this on the lack of an alarm, it was in fact deemed pilot error after the CVR recorded the pilots breaking the 'sterile cockpit' regulation (ironically, they were discussing another airplane crash).

  • Hey machfron: "UA 175" perpendicularly rammed a flexible steel building with aluminum alloy projectile traveling ~600 mph. This plane smacked into a hard surfaced ground hitting laterally. Two totally different situations, so to think that because UA 175 didn't disintegrate like the video here is ludicrous.

Everything is a goddam conspiracy to all you nut cases.

  • museack: everything involving more than one person knowing about it is a conspiracy. one isnt a nutcase because of that.

  • That was not Engine Failure it was Pilot Error

  • i have no idea what just happened

  • The NTSB found that the cause was not of engine failure the title is misleading. The NTSB found that during the "Sterile Cockpit" time... extensive conversation was taking place resulting in the flaps not being set in the proper position due to distraction from the pilots. A contributing factor was that the warning horn that alerts pilots of incorrect flight settings during the advancing of the throttles was broken.

  • You are right! Except it was after this accident the "Sterile Cockpit-policy" was started to be used. Still, these pilots were idiots, as you can clearly hear in the CVR, and pilot error, as in many other cases brought this plane down.

  • Ah ok, I didn't know the sterile cockpit policy was implemented directly due to this accident.. good to know. Thanks!
