technically you can use the flood in a multiplayer level called release. when you start, you quickly mass a small force of gunner hogs, marines, and a spartan(optional) and go to the relic on the enemies side of the level. garrison you infantry, and click on it, and choose realease flood. then three waves of flood will come. the first, infected marines. the second, same with thrashers. the third, sameas the second, but with swarms. the third will be the one that you realease from there on
@demoniclord13 Ensemble was origionally going to let you, but that would defeat their purpose as a major threat if they were balanced in multiplayer. Though they could have had a gametype where one or two flood players constanrly attacked human and covenant players.

The covenate went to some place and opened a door. They didnt know what was going to happen. They got slaughter and im geussing some lived. Captain Keyes and Johnson's squad went to investigate. They walked in the door the Covenate got slaughtered at and were un-attacked. Then they heard the slithering and instant pain in there backs, and Captain Keyes was transformed! O.o Books are fun.
This should have been a 1st person shooter game like the other originals. I mean thats how I remember halo. Thats how you follow the story. This has a very great story also and better, BETTER graphics new model ships so it should've been a 1st person as well. Skirmish doesn't have all the vehicles in the game unlocked.
The full game will allow the player to pick between three commanders on each faction side. In the demo, the player only gets to use The Prophet of Regret and Captain Cutter. But each other commander has their own unique abilities and units just like Captain Cutter and Regret.

DUDE, even this looks way better than the demo level, (its the same level) and it looks kick ass at daytime. I was kinda sad with the way halowars turned out from that demo vid in 07 but this guy makes it seem kinda cool the way it is...
Anyway this should have been the EXACT demo level, it seems like every time they change something in this game it gets sort of ...well not better. YOU GUYS GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! stop changing it!!

Skirmish doesn't have all the vehicles in the game unlocked.
The full game will allow the player to pick between three commanders on each faction side. In the demo, the player only gets to use The Prophet of Regret and Captain Cutter. But each other commander has their own unique abilities and units just like Captain Cutter and Regret.
